If your vehicle is rendered unroadworthy as a result of the crash we can arrange for a replacement vehicle to be delivered to you on the same day.  We work closely with national vehicle hire companies who are prepared to give you a replacement vehicle on a ‘credit hire’ basis in the event you do not have sufficient means to obtain another vehicle.

The hire bill is submitted directly to the Third Party Insurer.

Vehicle Repair

We can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired if it’s damaged as a result of the collision.  We will arrange for an engineer to inspect your vehicle and prepare a report outlining the damage and liaise with the Third Party Insurer and recover sufficient funds to allow the repair.  If your vehicle is written off we will recover the pre-accident value of your vehicle.

The repair bill is submitted directly to the Third Party Insurer.

Vehicle Recovery

We can arrange for your vehicle to be collected from the accident scene and kept in a secure unit. Your vehicle can remain in storage until the Third Party Insurer makes sufficient payment to repair your vehicle or replace your vehicle if your vehicle is written off.

The recovery and storage bill is submitted directly to the Third Party Insurer.

Freedom to Choose Your Own Lawyer

You have the right to choose your own Lawyer.  Your insurer may insist that you must use their services following a road traffic accident.  This is NOT the case.  You are free to choose your own representative.

Insurers often sell your ‘claim’ to law firms.  Quite often these law firms are based in a different part of the country to you and you never know who is dealing with your claim and find it difficult to get answers from your insurer.
